✰ Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 tsp cinnamon/turmeric, curry, coriander, black pepper, chili powder, and black lime powder
- 2 cups eggplant chopped
- 2 cups tomato chopped
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 500lt beef stock
- 2 preserve lemons
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking cubes
✰ Method
- First, season lamb with salt and pepper and roast on all sides until brown
- In a stockpot, add oil and sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, eggplant; then add lamb chops
- Add the seasoning spice, cooking cubes and preserve lemon
- Next, cook for 10 minute and add the stock
- Cover. Then, allow to cook until the lamb is soft
- Serve
