Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup oat flour
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
Directions:
- Put the butter in a deep cooking pan and melt on medium heat until it starts to look golden brown. Turn off the heat and let cool down then move to a container.
- Put in the bananas, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the flours, salt and baking powder and mix using a spatula.
- Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.
- Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about forty minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
