BANANA SOUR CREAM LOAF

Ingredients:


  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup white sugar

Directions:


  1. Mix the butter, sour cream, eggs, bananas, milk and vanilla in a container.
  2. Put in the dry ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix using a whisk.
  3. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.
  4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.
  5. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
