Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup white sugar
Directions:
- Mix the butter, sour cream, eggs, bananas, milk and vanilla in a container.
- Put in the dry ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix using a whisk.
- Spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.
- Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.
- Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
