✰ Ingredients
- 50g fresh tamarind pods
- 25g sugar
- 100g water
- Ice cubes
✰ Method
- Add the tamarind to the water and bring to a gentle boil
- Stir to extract enough juice from the pod
- Strain into a bowl and add sugar
- Pour into ice cube-filled glasses and garnish with mint
