✰ Ingredients
- Dough
- 1 cup APF
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Salt
- Filling
- 1 cup sweet mashed potatoes
- ¼ cup onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ black pepper
- Salt
✰ Method
- First, mix the sour cream and egg in a bowl and add the flour, salt, and BP to the mix to form a dough
- Allow it to rest
- Meanwhile, sauté the onion in butter and the potatoes
- Next, roll the dough in 4 inches wide and fill the rounds
- Boil the Pierogi until it floats to the top
- Sauté in a little butter and enjoy
