✰ Afghanistan is known for so many things, but they have good food – healthy, delicious, and easy to make food.

✰ Ingredients

  • 500g already made bread dough
  • 750g cooked chopped potatoes
  • 300g spinach leaves
  • 250g chopped cilantro and scallions
  • 100g red and green bell peppers chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper and cumin
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

✰ Method

  • Make the filling
  • To a little oil in a pan, fry the scallions, potatoes, and spinach for a while
  • Add the cilantro and seasoning and fry well.
  • Set aside while you work on the dough
  • Divide the dough into 8 -10 parts
  • Roll each one flat and fill one half with the filling
  • Cover with the other half and fry until brown
