✰ Ingredients
- 500g already made bread dough
- 750g cooked chopped potatoes
- 300g spinach leaves
- 250g chopped cilantro and scallions
- 100g red and green bell peppers chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper and cumin
- Salt
- Oil for frying
✰ Method
- Make the filling
- To a little oil in a pan, fry the scallions, potatoes, and spinach for a while
- Add the cilantro and seasoning and fry well.
- Set aside while you work on the dough
- Divide the dough into 8 -10 parts
- Roll each one flat and fill one half with the filling
- Cover with the other half and fry until brown
