✰ Indians love flat food that can be eaten with their hands, and this Roti is yummy

  1. Serves 2
  2. Cook time 60 minutes

✰ Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tbsp chopped spinach, scallions, coriander, and curry leaves
  • 2 chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for the pan

✰ Method

  • Bring the rice flour over low heat and stir until the dough is cooked
  • Take it off the fire and set aside to cool down
  • Add the chopped veggies and herbs and knead into a pliable dough
  • Divide into a ball, roll out and cook in a pan drizzled with oil
  • Cook until brown on both sides
  • Serve with yogurt and sauces
