✰ Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped spinach, scallions, coriander, and curry leaves
- 2 chilies chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for the pan
✰ Method
- Bring the rice flour over low heat and stir until the dough is cooked
- Take it off the fire and set aside to cool down
- Add the chopped veggies and herbs and knead into a pliable dough
- Divide into a ball, roll out and cook in a pan drizzled with oil
- Cook until brown on both sides
- Serve with yogurt and sauces
