- 500g lobster meat – tail
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
✰ Method
- Season the lobster with the pepper, onion, and salt
- Add the black pepper to the flour and set aside
- Heat up the oil
- Dip the pieces in buttermilk, flour, eggs, and flour
- Set it into the frying oil until brown and crisp
- Serve with a mayo/mustard dipping sauce
