✰ Ingredients:
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
✰ Directions:
- Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon in a container.
- Put in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix.
- Pour the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.
- Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about fifty minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan before you serve.
