✰ Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken feet, cooked
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp scallion chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lemongrass mashed
- 1 tsp garlic minced
✰ Method
- Mix all the sauces in a bowl
- Add the chicken feet into a bowl and pour the mixture all over
- Let it sit for 30 minutes
- Roast in an oven until sticky and brown
- Serve
