★★★ Thailand Som Tum ★★★

✰ A step away from your regular cabbage, potato, and carrot salads into an unripe papaya salad; this is delicious.

  1. Serves 4
  2. Cook time 14 minutes

✰ Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh bean sprout
  • 2 cups grated green papaya
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 bok choy leaves
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 tsp soy
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ¼ cup lime juice

✰ Method

  • Mix the palm sugar, lime juice, and soy sauce in a bowl. Then, add a little water to it to loosen it
  • Add the bean sprout, papaya and toss together
  • Line the base of a bowl with the bok Choy, layer the papaya mix over and sprinkle with chili flakes
  • Chop the cherry into half and place on the bowl
  • Pour the sauce over and serve
