✰ Ingredients
- 500g boneless salted cod
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red and green bell pepper
- 1 small scotch bonnet pepper
- ½ lemon
- ¼ cup oil
✰ Method
- Soak the cod and bring it to a boil until soft
- While it is cooking, chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onions
- In a pan, add the oil, sauté the chopped veggies
- While the veggies are cooking, drain the cod and gently flake the fish
- Add the flakes to the sauce and season
- Serve
