✰ A simple, delicious salted codfish sauce that would replace meat in any burgers.

  1. Serves 4
  2. Cook time 30 minutes

✰ Ingredients

  • 500g boneless salted cod
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red and green bell pepper
  • 1 small scotch bonnet pepper
  • ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup oil

✰ Method

  • Soak the cod and bring it to a boil until soft
  • While it is cooking, chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onions
  • In a pan, add the oil, sauté the chopped veggies
  • While the veggies are cooking, drain the cod and gently flake the fish
  • Add the flakes to the sauce and season
  • Serve
