✰ This sugar-soaked cinnamon syrup doughy goodness is the perfect dessert for any gatherings.

  1. Serves  a lot of puffs
  2. Cook time 60 minutes

✰ Ingredients

  • 1 cup AFP
  • ½ cup corn starch
  • 1 tsp active yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • The syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor

✰ Method

  • Add your sugar and yeast to the water. Then, allow it to foam up
  • Mix the flours together and add it to the yeast mixture
  • Next, allow it to sit in a warm place until it’s twice its size
  • Scoop and fry the balls in hot oil
  • To make the syrup, cook the sugar, cinnamon stick and vanilla flavor in 2 cups of water until thick
  • Then, pour the fried balls in the syrup to soak after 10 minutes
  • Serve
