✰ Ingredients
- 1 cup AFP
- ½ cup corn starch
- 1 tsp active yeast
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- The syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
✰ Method
- Add your sugar and yeast to the water. Then, allow it to foam up
- Mix the flours together and add it to the yeast mixture
- Next, allow it to sit in a warm place until it’s twice its size
- Scoop and fry the balls in hot oil
- To make the syrup, cook the sugar, cinnamon stick and vanilla flavor in 2 cups of water until thick
- Then, pour the fried balls in the syrup to soak after 10 minutes
- Serve
