✰ Ingredients
- 1kg fresh and cleaned mussel (you can use shrimps too)
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- ½ cup chopped white onion
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt
- Handful chopped parsley
- Olive oil as desired
- ¼ cup breadcrumb
✰ Method
- In a large pan, add the oil and sauté the onion and garlic
- Add the mussel with a little water; this enables the mussels to open faster
- Add the parsley and white wine vinegar
- Cook until you cannot smell the alcohol flavor
- Add the breadcrumbs, lower the heat and replace the lid
- Cook for 5 and serve
