✰ This is the best of Cuban street food; pair it anyhow you want, and you will not eat pulled meat ever.

✰ Ingredients
- 750g flank steak
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup onion chopped
- ½ cup bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 can of store-bought tomato sauce
- 240ml red wine vinegar
- Oil for cooking
✰ Method
- In a pressure pot, add steak, bay leaf, salt, and pepper
- While the steak is cooking, add oil to a pan.
- Add the onion, garlic, pepper, and garlic to cook for 2 to 5 minutes
- Add the tomato sauce, spices, and vinegar on low heat
- Bring the steak out and shred it apart
- Add it to the sauce. Then, cook until sauce is reduced
