✰ The Orient is filled with lots of food that you can eat any day and time. This fried combo with some sweet and sour chili dip is the perfect way to start or end the day.

✰ Ingredients

  • 500g shrimp ground
  • 500g ground chicken
  • ¼ cup scallion
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 red chili chopped
  • Oil for frying

✰ Method

  • In two different bowls, add the beaten eggs and flour and set aside
  • Next, mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl and roll into balls
  • Then, dip the balls in flour, egg, flour, and fry crisp
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of choice
