✰ Ingredients
- 100g already made curry paste
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste, palm sugar, and fish sauce
- 700g lamp chuck
- 1-500g coconut milk can
- 500g potatoes cubes
- ½ cup onion slices
- 2 tbsp peanuts
✰ Method
- First, coat the base of a wok with enough oil and brown the beef, remove the beef scraping all the bits off
- Add the onions and coconut milk, and bring to a boil
- Add the curry paste and keep stirring until it’s thick
- Next, add the remaining ingredients and cook until the potatoes are melting and beef soft
- Add more water if necessary
- Sprinkle with the peanuts and serve
