✰ Ingredients

  • 100g already made curry paste
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste, palm sugar, and fish sauce
  • 700g lamp chuck
  • 1-500g coconut milk can
  • 500g potatoes cubes
  • ½ cup onion slices
  • 2 tbsp peanuts

✰ Method

  • First, coat the base of a wok with enough oil and brown the beef, remove the beef scraping all the bits off
  • Add the onions and coconut milk, and bring to a boil
  • Add the curry paste and keep stirring until it’s thick
  • Next, add the remaining ingredients and cook until the potatoes are melting and beef soft
  • Add more water if necessary
  • Sprinkle with the peanuts and serve
