✰ Ingredients
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- 5 green jalapenos, partially de-seeded
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- ¼ tsp cardamom seed
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup olive oil
✰ Method
- Toast the seed in a pan until aromatic
- Add all the ingredients in a blender, whizz until smooth
- Gradually add the oil until it is light and consistent
- Pour in a jar
