✰ Similar to a crème Brulee, this is very simple and sweet with a burst of orange flavor

- Cook time 30 minutes
✰ Ingredients
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 2 egg yolks
- Lemon and orange strip
- 5 tbsp sugar (2 tbsp for the top)
- ½ tsp cornflour
- ½ tsp vanilla
✰ Method
- Warm the milk in a saucepan with the cinnamon sticks, and citrus strip until you can perceive the aroma
- Next, in a different bowl, mix the egg yolk with sugar (3 tbsp) and cornflour
- Pour the milk mixture into the egg mix, and whisk
- Return to the pan and keep stirring until it thickens
- Then, pour into a small ramekin and allow it to set in the fridge
- Sprinkle the sugar and torch to form a cracking layer
