✰ This dish needs a good smoker, hickory or maple wood, and the freshest chicken cuts in the market.

- Cook time 45 minutes
✰ Ingredients
- 6 metal skewer
- 1 onion cut in chunks
- 1 eggplant cut in chunks
- 24 pieces chicken cut
- 1 tsp pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
✰ Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients and set aside for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile, heat the smoker for 15 to 20 minutes
- Oil the skewer, and arrange 4 pieces on each alternating it with onion and eggplant
- Place on the smoker for 20 – 25 minutes
