- 1 cup sweet corn
- 3 scallion chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- Beat the eggs, mint, and seasoning in a bowl
- Add the rice into the mixture with the corn and scallions
- Heat the mold and add a little oil
- Scoop spoonful into the hole and cook until brown
- Flip and cook until set
