✰ What a better way to use leftover rice than in this recipe. They are fluffy, delicious, and pair well with a sweet chill sauce.

  1. Serves 30 small balls
  2. Cook time 60 minutes

✰ Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 3 scallion chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Oil

✰ Method

  • Beat the eggs, mint, and seasoning in a bowl
  • Add the rice into the mixture with the corn and scallions
  • Heat the mold and add a little oil
  • Scoop spoonful into the hole and cook until brown
  • Flip and cook until set
  • Serve
  • This recipe is cooked in a pan with small holes over a wood fire.
